Jacob Gatz joined TMA as part of the professional development program in January 2017, upon completion of the program he became a grain marketing specialist. Originally from Pratt, Kansas, Jacob grew up on his family’s farm where they raised market lambs in addition to farming around 2,500 acres. Following his graduation from Pratt High School, Jacob attended Pratt Community College where he received his associate's degree. He then attended Kansas State University, graduating in December of 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness. Jacob currently resides in McPherson, with his wife Lindsey, and daughter Sutton. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Cole Leis joined the team in August 2016 following his summer internship with TMA. During his internship, he trained in both crop insurance and grain marketing. From his training and observations, he decided to pursue the crop insurance subdivision. Cole grew up in Garden Plain, Kansas, and helps on the family farm where they raise Angus cattle, wheat, soybeans, and sorghum. His risk management services involve the territories of Sedgwick, Harper, Sumner, Kingman and other neighboring counties. Cole chose to further his career with Team Marketing Alliance because of the services they provide to producers by reducing risk and increasing revenue on their farm.
