Nick Levin joined the TMA family in January 2013 as a crop insurance specialist. Originally from Kensington, Kansas, Nick grew up on his family’s farm and gained a variety of valuable experiences in farming practices. Through his passion for agriculture, Nick enjoys providing expertise in risk management to help farmers reduce risk and increase revenues. In his free time, Nick enjoys being involved in his church and spending time with his family. Nick and his wife, Emily, reside in Hutchinson with their three children, Lyla, Jack, and Max.
Weston Hiebert joined TMA in 2015. He spent time working with both crop insurance and grain marketing before becoming a licensed crop insurance specialist. His passion for agriculture started in Goessel, Kansas on his family’s corn, soybean, wheat and dairy farm. He attended Kansas State University majoring in agricultural economics with a minor in leadership studies. While at K-State, he walked-on to the football team before earning a scholarship his junior season and being named team captain in his senior season for the Wildcats. Weston and his wife, Courtney, live in rural Goessel and enjoy being involved on the family farm. He provides individual risk management plans for producers at the farm gate, specializing in crop insurance and profitability. Weston is excited to serve producers and grow his roots in agriculture.
Benjamin J. Weber joined the TMA family in 2018 as a crop insurance and grain marketing specialist. Ben has worked in the crop insurance field for ten years in the southeast corner of the state. He lives in Yates Center, Kansas with his wife, Lara, and their five children. Ben has lived in Yates Center most of his life. He gained his agricultural knowledge through personal experience in farming and assisting with his family’s seed service business. Ben grew his independent insurance agency helping farmers make decisions that best fit their operations. He truly believes crop insurance is a vital tool, allowing farmers the ability to have the confidence and security to make their operations profitable.
Cole Leis joined the team in August 2016 following his summer internship with TMA. During his internship, he trained in both crop insurance and grain marketing. From his training and observations, he decided to pursue the crop insurance subdivision. Cole grew up in Garden Plain, Kansas, and helps on the family farm where they raise Angus cattle, wheat, soybeans, and sorghum. His risk management services involve the territories of Sedgwick, Harper, Sumner, Kingman and other neighboring counties. Cole chose to further his career with Team Marketing Alliance because of the services they provide to producers by reducing risk and increasing revenue on their farm.
Steve Hughbanks joined TMA in 2001. Raised in rural Dickinson County, he attended Chapman High School and graduated in 1971. He then attended Fort Hays State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics. Steve is currently the processor and advisor for the insurance division. In his spare time, he loves playing with his grandson, Liam; and trying to improve in golf. He and his wife, Debi, live in rural Lehigh.
David Yenni joined Team Marketing Alliance in 1997 and has been developing marketing plans with area producers since. He earned a degree in ag economics and has past experience in freight dispatch, futures brokerage and grain merchandising. He is a licensed insurance agent and concentrates on the individual needs of the producer. TMA's Crop Insurance Specialists can do an analysis of the producer's current crop insurance policy to help determine profitability. David believes crop insurance is the producer's starting point to developing a risk management plan.
