Steve Hughbanks joined TMA in 2001. Raised in rural Dickinson County, he attended Chapman High School. He received a bachelor's degree in business administration with a second degree in economics from Fort Hays State University. Steve enjoys working with area farmers, developing plans that will make their farming operations profitable. In these volatile times, he believes it is more important than ever to take the emotion out of marketing and recognize when a profit is available and to lock in that profit. Steve and his wife, Debi, have two sons and reside in Lehigh.
