Nick Levin joined the TMA family in early January as a Crop Insurance Specialist. He is excited to return to agriculture and looks forward to providing dedicated service to producers with their insurance needs. Originally from Kensington, Kans., Nick gained his experience as a producer on his family's farm and he personally believes in the importance of protecting your farm's revenues with crop insurance. Nick is currently pursuing a bachelor's in business from Central Christian College of McPherson and has an associate's degree in electronics from Northwest Kansas Technical College. He and his wife Emily reside in Inman with their two children, Lyla (4) and Jack (2).

Steve Hughbanks joined TMA in 2001. Raised in rural Dickinson County, he attended Chapman High School. He received a bachelor's degree in business administration with a second degree in economics from Fort Hays State University. Steve enjoys working with area farmers, developing plans that will make their farming operations profitable. In these volatile times, he believes it is more important than ever to take the emotion out of marketing and recognize when a profit is available and to lock in that profit. Steve and his wife, Debi, have two sons and reside in Lehigh.

David Yenni joined Team Marketing Alliance in 1997 and has been developing marketing plans with area producers since. He earned a degree in ag economics and has past experience in freight dispatch, futures brokerage and grain merchandising. He is a licensed insurance agent and concentrates on the individual needs of the producer. TMA's Crop Insurance Specialists can do an analysis of the producer's current crop insurance policy to help determine profitability. David believes crop insurance is the producer's starting point to developing a risk management plan.

Jessie Smith joined TMA in August 2015. At age 10, she moved to Kansas and lived on a diversified farming operation in rural Inman, Kan. She was an active member of the Inman FFA, graduated from Inman High School and Kansas State University with a bachelor's degree majoring in animal science and industry with a communications option. With a strong passion for agriculture and development of the future generation, Jessie has been a board member for the Kansas FFA Foundation and is currently serving the Kansas FFA Alumni Association. Her drive to get back into agriculture and work in an environment that cultivates customer success brought her to TMA. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, riding horses and being with her family in Alaska.

Weston Hiebert joined TMA in February 2015 through the TMA Professional Development Program. This program is designed to provide a well-rounded training on both crop insurance and grain marketing. After the completion of this program, Weston became a crop insurance specialist for TMA. He is originally from Goessel, Kan., where he grew up on his familys dairy farm. After high school, Weston attended Kansas State University and majored in agricultural economics with a minor in leadership studies. He was a walk-on for the K-State Football team before earning a scholarship his junior season and being named team captain in his senior season for the Wildcats. He was also named to the Academic All Big 12 First Team three times and the National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame (NFF) Hampshire Honor Society his senior season.

Weston currently lives in the Goessel area and helps on the family farm. His responsibilities with TMA will be providing risk management in Marion, McPherson, Harvey and other surrounding counties. He is currently planning a wedding with his fiance, Courtney, who is a school counselor in Valley Center. Weston is excited to return to his roots in agriculture and serve the communities surrounding his hometown.
